Welcome to South Hampton Estate. To ensure an exceptional experience for all our guests, please review our terms and conditions carefully. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these conditions.

ACCOMMODATION RATES (AUD)

THE RESIDENCE

  • 6 bedrooms, sleeps 13
  • 4 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms
  • Midweek rate (Mon-Thu): $2700 per night
  • Weekend rate (Fri-Sun): $3000 per night
  • Cleaning fee: $600

THE COTTAGE

  • 1 bedroom, sleeps 2
  • 1 bathroom
  • Midweek rate (Mon-Thu): $529 per night
  • Weekend rate (Fri-Sun): $575 per night
  • Cleaning fee: $150

THE LOFT

  • 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6
  • 1 bathroom
  • Midweek rate (Mon-Thu): $429 per night
  • Weekend rate (Fri-Sun): $475 per night
  • Cleaning fee: $150

ENTIRE ESTATE

  • 9 bedrooms, sleeps 21
  • 6 bathrooms
  • Midweek rate (Mon-Thu): $3600 per night
  • Weekend rate (Fri-Sun): $4000 per night
  • Cleaning fee: $800

MINIMUM STAYS

  • Standard periods: 2 nights
  • Public holidays: 3 nights
  • Easter: 3 nights
  • Christmas/New Year: 7 nights

RESERVATIONS

  • Bookings can be made via telephone, email, or through our website
  • All reservations require written confirmation
  • The named guest is the primary contact for all communication
  • Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak periods

PAYMENT TERMS

  • 50% deposit required to secure booking
  • Balance due two weeks prior to arrival
  • Payment methods: Credit or debt card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express). We do not pass on any surcharges for credit or debit card transactions. Electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cash payment available on request.
  • All rates quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • For security reasons, we do not store any credit card details

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Date changes possible with minimum 6 weeks’ notice (subject to availability)
  • Rate differences may apply for changed dates
  • $100 administration fee applies to date changes

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in from 4:00 PM
  • Check-out by 10:00 AM
  • Flexibility possible outside peak periods, subject to availability

SECURITY BOND

  • The Residence: $3000
  • The Cottage: $500
  • The Loft: $500
  • Entire Estate: $4000
  • Additional bond may apply for celebrations
  • Bond will be automatically returned to you within 7 days of departure, subject to our standard property inspection. Any necessary deductions will be communicated clearly before processing.
    • Deductions may apply for:
      • Damage or breakages
      • Stained linens
      • Additional cleaning
      • Excess waste removal
      • Non-compliance with property rules

PROPERTY CARE

  • No smoking inside any buildings
  • No pets permitted. The cost to have the lounges and chairs cleaned for pet hair will be at your expense. 
  • Properties must be left neat and tidy
  • All dishes to be cleaned/dishwasher loaded
  • All food and beverages to be removed
  • Excess garbage removal available (additional charge)
  • Special care required with cosmetics and tanning products.
  • Linen and towels that are stained will be replaced at your expense.  We use the highest quality Sheridan products.
  • Dressing Gowns are $145 each and slippers are yours to keep.  

GUEST NUMBERS & EVENTS

  • Properties strictly for agreed guest numbers only
  • Prior written approval required for any additional visitors
  • Events/celebrations, any event with over 30 people at the Estate must be pre-approved.
  • Venue fees may apply for gatherings, particularly if additional car parking, water and sanitation is required. 
  • Non-compliance with agreed guest numbers will result in total bond forfeiture.
  • South Hampton has security cameras at the entrance gate and driveway.  Cameras are NOT placed inside residences, however, we can monitor people and cars arriving and departing.   

EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS

  • Additional guests require prior approval
  • Venue fees may apply
  • Large celebrations/weddings require approved event planner. We can recommend two planners, otherwise you are free to engage your own event planner.
  • Planner must provide insurance and liquor licenses
